Job Description

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship each account
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company's solutions according to client's needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within accounts and collaborate with management to ensure growth attainment
  • Demonstrated history of account management or other relevant experience
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Must be comfortable and effective with all Sales and Service related phone interaction
  • Proven ability to direct and lead the work of others
  • Must demonstrate an energetic and motivating personality
  • Must be detail oriented, able to effectively manage time across multiple accounts and the ability to work well in a remotely
  • Must be comfortable interacting withand training all levels of management
  • Fluent in Spanish is a Plus
